KRAFT Spicy Steak Marinade
- 1 cup Kraft Thick'n Spicy Onion BarBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 beef flank steak, (1-1/2 lb/700 g) Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- Mix all ingredients except steak until well blended; set aside.
- Cut shallow diagonal gashes across both sides of steak, about 1-inch apart.
- Place steak in shallow glass or plastic dish; pour 3/4 cup of the barbecue sauce mixture over steak.
- Cover and refrigerate remaining barbecue sauce mixture for later use.
- Cover steak; refrigerate at least 6 hours or up to 2 days to marinate.
- Drain; discard marinade.
- Preheat greased barbecue to medium heat.
- Grill steak 15 to 20 min.
- or until desired doneness, turning occasionally and brushing with the reserved barbecue sauce mixture.
- Cut steak, diagonally across the grain, into 1/2-inch-thick strips to serve.
