Lasagna

  1. Cook noodles by package directions.
  2. Cook ground beef, garlic and onion in oil; drain excess fat.
  3. Add salt, parsley, pepper, rosemary, water and tomato paste; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Blend eggs and cottage cheese.
  5. In 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, put layer of meat sauce, 1/2 noodles, all of cottage cheese and 1/2 Mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat layers; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes.
