Thai Peanut Satay Burger
- 24 each ground turkey patties (5 oz. each)
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1-1/2 qt. napa cabbage, chiffonade
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Oriental Sesame Dressing
- 1-1/2 cups Thai peanut satay sauce
- 1-1/2 cups seedless cucumbers, julienne cut
- 1 cup carrots, shredded Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 cup yellow onions, small dice King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, finely chopped
- 3 cups A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce, divided
- 24 each Egg sandwich rolls, split, toasted
- 24 each leaf lettuce
- For each serving: Season 1 turkey patty with salt and pepper.
- Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
- on each side or to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
- Toss 1/4 cup cabbage with 1 Tbsp.
- each dressing, satay sauce and cucumbers, 2 tsp.
- each carrots, onions and cilantro, and 1 tsp.
- nuts.
- Spread 1/2 Tbsp.
- steak sauce onto bottom half of roll; top with 1 lettuce leaf, cabbage mixture, 1 burger and 1-1/2 Tbsp.
- of the remaining steak sauce.
- Cover with top of roll.
