Thai Peanut Satay Burger

  1. For each serving: Season 1 turkey patty with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
  3. on each side or to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
  4. Toss 1/4 cup cabbage with 1 Tbsp.
  5. each dressing, satay sauce and cucumbers, 2 tsp.
  6. each carrots, onions and cilantro, and 1 tsp.
  7. nuts.
  8. Spread 1/2 Tbsp.
  9. steak sauce onto bottom half of roll; top with 1 lettuce leaf, cabbage mixture, 1 burger and 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  10. of the remaining steak sauce.
  11. Cover with top of roll.
