Bean Zucchini Salad Recipe
- 2 cans green beans, cut
- 4 med. ripe tomatoes, quartered
- 1 can yellow wax beans, cut
- 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 2 cans button mushrooms
- 1 can black pitted olives
- 2 zucchini (raw)
- 1 Kraft Zesty Italian dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- Mix together.
- Drain beans, mushrooms, artichokes (separated); drain olives (cut in half).
- Slice zucchini with potato peeler; cut tomatoes.
- Add in seasoning and dressing.
- Mix well and chill 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
