Westport Seafood Fettucini

  1. Heat oil in saute pan and add garlic, mushrooms, and fish; saute 1 minute.
  2. Add baby prawns and scallops; saute 1-2 minutes more.
  3. Add shrimp, crab meat, fettucini, green onions, sour cream and half and half, saute until heated through.
  4. Finish off with the parmesan cheese, and add seasonings.
  5. Serve in a large heated boat dish, sprinkling top with fresh, chopped parsley, if desired.
