Peanut Butter-White Chocolate Fudge
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate, broken into pieces
- Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
- Microwave ingredients in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM (50%) 2 to 3 min.
- or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Pour into prepared pan; spread to evenly cover bottom of pan.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
- Use foil handles to remove fudge from pan before cutting into 32 squares.
