Hj's Never Fail Pie Crust
- 3 cup AP Flour
- 1 1/4 cup Shortening
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg, well beaten
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 5 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- Mix flour, salt and sugar together.
- Cut shortening into flour mix.
- Combine egg, water, and vinegar.
- Pour mixture into the flour mixture.
- Mix with a fork until combined.
- Divide dough into three parts.
- Roll out into three pie crusts.
- Uncooked dough can be stored in a refrigerator for up to a week before using.
