Hj's Never Fail Pie Crust

  1. Mix flour, salt and sugar together.
  2. Cut shortening into flour mix.
  3. Combine egg, water, and vinegar.
  4. Pour mixture into the flour mixture.
  5. Mix with a fork until combined.
  6. Divide dough into three parts.
  7. Roll out into three pie crusts.
  8. Uncooked dough can be stored in a refrigerator for up to a week before using.
