Apple Sour

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces Calvados
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
• 1 maraschino cherry

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the Calvados, lemon juice and maple syrup and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the cherry.
