Shrimp & Scallop Brochette Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Leave shrimp and scallops in marinade overnight: oil, vermouth, soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
  3. Thread on bamboo skewers (soak skewers in water).
  4. Broil turning frequently and basting with marinade for 5 min or possibly till cooked.
