Fried Rice Salad In 10 Minutes
- 2 cup leftover white rice
- 3 egg
- 4 tbsp spring onion
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 dash salt
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 cup shreded red cabbage
- 1 cup dice chinese bbq pork
- FOR THE LG CHINESE BBQ PIRK (CHAR SIEW) PLEASE VIEW THE ATTACHMENT BELOW
- in pan with oil fried rice with spring onion till egg are set then add cooked white rice and chinese bbq pork
- add seasoning and stir fry and mix well till sauce are dry
- off heat and let it cool for 5 minutes
- top garnish and mix well then serve as side dish
