Tasty Grilled Chicken Tacos
- 1 package (about 10-count Package) Soft Flour Tortillas
- 2 pounds Grilled Beer Marinated Chicken Thigh, Chopped Into Pieces (See My Recipe Box)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Like Kerrygold
- 2 cups Iceberg Lettuce, Finely Shredded
- 1 whole Sweet Corn Salsa (See My Recipe Box)
- 1/2 cups Garlic-Habanero Sour Cream (See My Recipe Box)
- Heat flour tortilla shells in a hot dry skillet or toast lightly on the grill.
- Fill with grilled (cooked) and chopped beer marinated chicken thighs, then top with some cheddar cheese, a little shredded iceberg lettuce, a few tablespoons of the sweet corn salsa, then finally with a dollop of garlic-habanero sour cream.
