Tasty Grilled Chicken Tacos

  1. Heat flour tortilla shells in a hot dry skillet or toast lightly on the grill.
  2. Fill with grilled (cooked) and chopped beer marinated chicken thighs, then top with some cheddar cheese, a little shredded iceberg lettuce, a few tablespoons of the sweet corn salsa, then finally with a dollop of garlic-habanero sour cream.
  3. Enjoy!
