Olivada/Tapenade
- 1 large garlic clove
- 4 large basil leaves
- 12 tablespoon fresh thyme leave
- 12 cup pitted kalamata olive
- 14 cup pitted black olives
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 12 tablespoons olive oil
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process till smooth (can be a bit chunky depending on preference).
- You can also do this with an immersion blender.
