Fish Pan Do

  1. Heat the margarine in a fairly large skillet, and saute the carrot, chayote, plantains, mushrooms, cauliflower, and broccoli until tender.
  2. Add the garlic butter and the fish.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk, cheese, and celery.
  4. Simmer for about 8 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice.
