Whole Grain Roasted Kalette Pizza with Grilled Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Roll out dough into a large rectangle.
  3. Spread pasta sauce all over dough, leaving a 1-inch border for crust.
  4. Place grilled chicken on top of pasta sauce.
  5. Preheat skillet to medium-high heat.
  6. Add olive oil, red onion, and red pepper.
  7. Saute 2 minutes and then add kalettes.
  8. Conitue to saute until veggies have softened, about 5 minutes.
  9. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  10. Remove skillet from heat and put veggies on top of grilled chicken.
  11. Sprinkle veggies with mozzarella and place pizza in oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Remove from oven, slice, and devour!
