Whole Grain Roasted Kalette Pizza with Grilled Chicken
- 1 package Store Bought Whole Grain Pizza Dough (you Can Use Homemade If You Like)
- 1- 1/4 cup Muir Glen Garden Veggie Pasta Sauce
- 1 cup Grilled Chicken, Sliced Thinly
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 whole Red Onion, Sliced
- 1 whole Red Pepper, Sliced
- 2 cups Kalettes, Diced
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1- 1/2 cup Mozzarella, Shredded
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Roll out dough into a large rectangle.
- Spread pasta sauce all over dough, leaving a 1-inch border for crust.
- Place grilled chicken on top of pasta sauce.
- Preheat skillet to medium-high heat.
- Add olive oil, red onion, and red pepper.
- Saute 2 minutes and then add kalettes.
- Conitue to saute until veggies have softened, about 5 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Remove skillet from heat and put veggies on top of grilled chicken.
- Sprinkle veggies with mozzarella and place pizza in oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, slice, and devour!
