Candied Almond Cranberry Bark

  1. Line 2 baking sheets with waxed paper; set aside.
  2. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat until sizzling; add almonds and sugar.
  3. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, 4-6 minutes or until sugar melts and almonds are golden brown.
  4. Quickly spread onto 1 prepared baking sheet.
  5. Cool completely; coarsely chop.
  6. Melt candy coating in microwave according to package directions.
  7. Stir in chopped candied almonds, cranberries and orange zest.
  8. Immediately pour onto remaining prepared baking sheet; spread to 1/4-inch thickness.
  9. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm.
  10. Cut or break into small pieces.
  11. Store in container with tight-fitting lid.
  12. *Substitute any flavor sweetened dried cranberries.
