Cafe Ladyfinger Dessert
- 1-1/2 pkg. (5.3 oz./150 g each) ladyfingers (18)
- 1 cup freshly brewed strong Maxwell House Original Roast Coffee, cooled, divided
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread
- 2 cups cold skim milk
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, divided
- Brush tops of ladyfingers with 1/4 cup of the coffee; place on bottom and up side of 2-L straight-sided serving bowl.
- Beat cream cheese and remaining 3/4 cup coffee in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Gradually add milk, beating well after each addition.
- Add dry pudding mixes.
- Beat until well blended.
- Stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping.
- Spoon into bowl.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
- Store any leftovers in refrigerator.
