Quick, Easy, and Delicious Milk Mochi

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pan.
  2. Cook over high heat while stirring.
  3. When it's thickened, turn the heat to low.
  4. Stir swiftly.
  5. When it is getting firm, remove from the heat and let it cool.
  6. When cooled, form into smaller pieces with a spoon.
  7. Sprinkle your favourite toppings such as kinako flour or brown sugar syrup.
