Almond-Raisin Super-Healthy Cookies!
- 12 cup butter substitute
- 12 cup canola oil
- 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 egg
- 12 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup almond meal flour
- 12 cup rolled oats
- 12 cup Total cereal, crushed
- 12 cup sliced almonds
- 12 cup golden raisin
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Cream first six ingredients.
- Mix in dry ingredients.
- Form into 1" balls.
- Place on cookie sheet and flatten slightly with fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool on rack.
