Chocolate-Cream Cheese Strawberry Snacks

• 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese
• 6 graham crackers, broken crosswise into halves (12 squares)
• 2 cups chopped fresh strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1/3 cup BAKER'S Milk Chocolate Chunks

1. Spread cream cheese evenly onto grahams.
2. Top evenly with strawberries.
3. Microwave chocolate in microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until chocolate is completley melted when stirred.
4. Drizzle over strawberries.
