Japanese-Flavored Bread Crusts - Matcha Milk Rusk
- 1 loaf Bread crusts
- 120 grams Butter
- 5 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp Skim milk
- 1 tbsp Matcha
- Preheat the oven to 300C/150C.
- Meanwhile cut the bread crusts roughly then toss well with melted butter in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, stir the sugar, skim milk, and matcha.
- Transfer Step 2 to Step 1, then mix evenly to coat in green.
- Spread baking paper on an oven tray and scatter Step 3, avoiding piling on top of each other.
- Bake in the oven at 300F/150C for 20-30 minutes.
