Shrimp & Crab Creole Recipe
- 1 stalk celery, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, minced
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 (18 1/2 ounce.) cans tomatoes
- 1 crumpled bay leaf
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 c. chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 c. parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 pound cooked shrimp
- 1 pound crab, flaked
- Saute/fry celery, onion, green pepper and mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil.
- Add in tomatoes, bay leaf, garlic, chili sauce, curry pwdr, thyme, parsley and Tabasco sauce.
- Cover and simmer 1 hour.
- Add in shrimp and crab.
- Simmer 5 min.
- Serve over rice.
