Chocolate Pudding Brownie Bites

• 1 instant chocolate pudding mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup flour
• 2 cup milk
• 1 cooking spray
• 2 oreo cookies

1. Preheat oven to 350F Fahrenheit and spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
2. stir together chocolate pudding mix and flour.
3. Add milk and eggs, beat with mixer until lumps are gone.
4. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
5. Crumble oreo cookie onto top.
6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges pull away from the sides of the muffin cups.
7. Remove with small silicone spatula and allow to cool on a rack.
