Apricot Glazed Chicken Breasts Recipe

  2. Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Sprinkle the chicken with the paprika.

  5. Spray a large, unheated nonstick skillet with nonstick spray.
  6. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Add in the chicken and cook for 4 min.
  8. Turn the chicken over and cook for 4 to 6 min more or possibly till the chicken is no longer pink.
  9. Transfer to a serving platter and cover to keep hot.

  11. Add in the oil to the skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
  12. Add in the garlic.
  13. Cook and stir for 30 seconds.
  14. Stir in the preserves, orange juice, cilantro, nutmeg and allspice.
  15. Bring to a gentle boil.
  16. Remove from the heat and pour over the chicken.
