Linda'S Frito Boats

  1. Brown meat and drain on paper towel and pour out the fat.
  2. In another skillet, lightly fry the onions and celery.
  3. In a large pot, put the meat and onions, celery and other ingredients (except cheese, chips and garnish items) and let it simmer until tender and seasoned well together.
  4. The longer you cook it, the hotter it seasons together.
  5. This is excellent alone as chili to eat, also. To serve, place your chips in individual soup bowls.
  6. Pour the meat mixture over top, then sprinkle the cheese over top.
  7. Garnish with salsa or sour cream.
