  1. put one quart of water in a sauce pan.
  2. mark or remember where the water level Is on the pan.this Is because when you finished cooking , this is the level it will cook down to.
  3. put the diced vegetables in the pan and add the salt.
  4. simmer until it has been reduced to one quart.
  5. note: you can adjust the amount if peppers to your liking.
  6. hot, medium, or mild flavor.
  7. note: the rotel cans in the store are 10 oz cans.
  8. you can freeze what is left if the rotel in 10 oz separate containers.
  9. this would make it easy to grab when a recipe is calling for a can of rotel.
