Decadent Fudge Cake

  1. Cream butter in a large mixing bowl; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Combine buttermilk and soda, stirring well.
  4. Add to creamed mixture alternately with flour, beginning and ending with flour.
  5. Add 2 bars melted chocolate, chocolate syrup and vanilla.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Stir in 1 cup mini morsels.
  8. Pour batter into heavily greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.
  9. Bake at 300u0b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  10. Invert cake immediately onto a serving plate and let cool completely.
