Super Easy Jam

  1. Coarsely crush the blueberries in a 4-quart pot using a potato masher.
  2. Stir in the sugar.
  3. Bring mixture to a rolling boil, stirring constantly to dissolve the sugar.
  4. Stir in pectin and return to a boil.
  5. Boil for 1 more minute, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir in the lemon juice and transfer jam to glass jelly jars.
  8. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or as long as 1 month.
  9. Stir before serving.
