Spicy Cajun Shrimp
- 13 cup butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme dried and crushed
- 1 teaspoon basil dried and crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano dried and crushed
- 1 large tomatoes diced
- 1 medium shrimp peeled, deveined
- 1/4 cup beer room temperature
- 3 cups rice cooked
- In large skillet over high heat, combine margarine, garlic and worcestershire sauce; add seasoning and herbs.
- When margarine is melted, add tomato and shrimp.
- Cook for 2 minutes, stirring evenly.
- Add beer and cover; cook for 1 minute longer or until shrimp are pink.
- Serve over rice.
