Mushroom and Artichoke Baked Salmon
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb.) Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Tomato Basil Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
- 1/2 cup chopped canned artichoke hearts
- Heat oven to 450F.
- Place fish in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with dressing.
- Bake 25 min.
- Top with mushrooms, cheese and artichokes.
- Bake 5 min.
- or until cheese is melted and fish flakes easily with fork.
