Espresso Grilling Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients and heat to a boil.
  2. Lower the heat; simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Best if made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
  4. Store in an airtight container for up to 30 days.
  5. Yields: 2 1/2 cups.
