Buttermilk Pancakes For Two Recipe
- 3/4 c. Flour (unbleached All-purpose)
- 1 x Flat teaspoon sugar (or possibly more to Taste)
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr (double Acting)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (or possibly more to taste)
- 1 x Egg -- stirred
- 1 Tbsp. Melted butter Buttermilk to make 2 c. of Batter
- Salt and sugar can be adjusted to personal tastes.
- Stir dry ingredients together.
- Add in egg and 1/2 c. of buttermilk.
- Add in the melted butter.
- Add in sufficient butter lowfat milk to make 2 c. of batter, or possibly more if desired them thinner.
- Stir all together briefly.
- Batter should be slightly lumpy.
- Cook as usual on a slightly buttered griddle.
- Serve with maple syrup and butter.
