Easy Chicken Soup

  1. Cook and stir chicken and onion in hot oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Add broth, water, carrots and dressing mix.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low; cover.
  5. Simmer 5 min.
  6. or until carrots are tender.
  7. Stir in parsley.
  8. Serve with Quick & Easy Matzo Balls.
