Chocolate Hedgehog

  1. Line a 12cm x 23cm loaf pan with foil.
  2. Place butter, NESTLE Sweetened Condensed Milk and brown sugar in a pan.
  3. Stir over low heat until butter has melted.
  4. Bring to boil stirring, reduce heat, simmer stirring for a further 3 minutes.
  5. Add NESTLE Dark Melts, stir until combined.
  6. Add sponge finger cubes, almonds and cashews,.
  7. mix well.
  8. Spoon mixture into pan, refrigerate 1 hour.
  9. Turn out and cut as desired.
