Holland Razor Blade

• 2 ounces Genever
• 3/4 ounce simple syrup
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
• Pinch of cayenne pepper

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the genever, simple syrup and lemon juice and shake well.
3. Strain the drink into a coupe glass and sprinkle with the pinch of cayenne.
