Peppermint Slice

  1. Combine the Oreo* crumbs and butter in a bowl.
  2. Press into the base of a lined 18 x 28 cm slice tin and chill for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine the milk, copha and peppermint essence in a saucepan over a low heat until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the icing sugar until smooth.
  5. Spread over the prepared base.
  6. Allow to set.
  7. Melt the chocolate and copha over a low heat and drizzle over peppermint layer.
  8. Chill until firm.
  9. Slice and serve.
