Parmasen Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- 3 russet potatoes
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cup shredded parmasen cheese
- 5 tsp melted butter
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- Peel, cut in half and boil potatoes on a high fire for 1 hour.
- Drain potatoes, place in large bowl.
- Mash potatoes and while still hot, add garlic, butter and parmasen.
- Using a mixer evenly wip in ingredients.
- Mix in milk, black pepper and salt to taste.
