Steamed Snow Peas With Jalapeno-Cream Dipping Sauce

• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon fresh chives, minced
• 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, minced
• 14 cup heavy cream
• 18 cup jalapeno jelly
• 12 lime, juice of
• 32 snow peas

1. Mix the cream cheese with the other sauce ingredients.
2. Steam the snow peas for about 1 minute, so they are still crispy.
3. Place the jalapeno cream in a bowl with the snow peas arranged around the bowl.
