spanish meat soup
- 1/2 cup Smoked Ham. cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup smoke kielbasa cut into pieces
- 8 each italian style meatball cut into pieces
- 1 each potato cut in to pieces
- 1 cup mix vegetable
- 1 packages 1/8 cup goya sofito
- 1/2 cup tortalini
- 1 each sweet green/red pepper
- 2 each Goya sazon
- 1 Water your preference
- 1 can red goya beans (do not drain)
- 1 big spoon of olive oil
- Put olive oil, sofrito, potato, red and green peppers, sazon, and meats all to fry on high heat for 5 minutes
- add remaining ingredients.
- Then bring to a boil for 10 minutes, then lower to medium heat.
- When the potatos are cooked until really soft, your soup is done...
