Easy Gravy
- 2 tbsp fat drippings
- 2 cup broth
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- Remove all but 2 tablespoons of fat drippings from pan.
- Stir in broth.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring to loosen browned bits.
- Remove from heat.
- In a small bowl stir corn starch and water until smooth.
- Stir into pan.
- Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute.
- Season with salt and pepper, as desired.
- For cream style gravy, substitute milk for water.
