Easy Gravy

  1. Remove all but 2 tablespoons of fat drippings from pan.
  2. Stir in broth.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring to loosen browned bits.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. In a small bowl stir corn starch and water until smooth.
  6. Stir into pan.
  7. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, as desired.
  9. For cream style gravy, substitute milk for water.
  10. As always, Enjoy!
