Chicken Divan Toppers
- 2 oz. (1/3 of 6-oz. pkg.) KRAFT 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese, cut into 8 slices
- 1 cooked small boneless skinless chicken breast half (1/4 lb.), cut into 16 slices
- 2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Harvest Coarse Ground Mustard
- 16 rosemary and olive oil woven wheat crackers
- 16 small broccoli florets, cooked
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Cut cheese slices diagonally in half.
- Combine chicken, sour cream and mustard.
- Place crackers on baking sheet; top with chicken mixture, cheese and broccoli.
- Bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
