C.'S Rhubarb Relish Recipe

  1. Combine rhubarb and onions together in the vinegar-sugar mix for 5 min.
  2. Add in salt and spices.
  3. Simmer for 2 hrs, don't boil.
  4. Cold before serving.
  5. Yields about 9 c..
