Patriotic JELL-O Cups

• 3/4 cup boiling water
• 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Berry Blue Flavor Gelatin
• ice cubes
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 1/4 cup raspberries
• 1/2 cup chopped strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
2. until completely dissolved.
3. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups.
4. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
5. Remove any unmelted ice.
6. Stir in raspberries.
7. Layer half each of the gelatin mixture and strawberries evenly in 4 parfait glasses; cover completely with half the COOL WHIP, spreading to side of each glass.
8. Repeat layers.
9. Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatin is firm.
