crab stuffed croissants

  1. preheat oven to 350 F
  2. dice scallions and mushrooms
  3. Combine mushrooms, scallions and cream cheese.
  4. Stir mixture.
  5. Stir crab meat in in to cream cheese combination.
  6. Season with old bay.
  7. open and unroll croissant.
  8. in the largest portion of the triangle add one dollop of cream cheese/crabmeat mixture
  9. roll the croissant until the dough has completely covered mixture.
  10. place on ungreased baking sheet.
  11. baked at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
