Linguine alla Puttanesca

  1. Just follow our 3 simple steps
  2. Cook 2 chopped anchovy filets (optional), 1/2 cup each sliced Primo Pitted Medium Ripe Olives and Sliced Primo Stuffed Manzanilla Olives, 4 minced garlic cloves, 2 Tbsp.
  3. drained capers and 1/2 tsp.
  4. each hot pepper flakes and dried oregano in 1 Tbsp.
  5. Primo 100% Pure Olive Oil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Add 1 can (28 oz / 796 mL) Primo Ground Tomatoes.
  7. Simmer 20 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  8. Cook 375 g (2/3 of 500 g pkg.)
  9. Primo Linguine; drain.
  10. Toss with sauce and 1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley.
