Linguine alla Puttanesca
- 1 Tbsp. Primo 100% Pure Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 can (28 oz / 796 mL) ground tomatoes
- 2/3 pkg. (375 g) Primo Linguine
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives
- 1/2 cup Primo Stuffed Manzanilla Olives
- Just follow our 3 simple steps
- Cook 2 chopped anchovy filets (optional), 1/2 cup each sliced Primo Pitted Medium Ripe Olives and Sliced Primo Stuffed Manzanilla Olives, 4 minced garlic cloves, 2 Tbsp.
- drained capers and 1/2 tsp.
- each hot pepper flakes and dried oregano in 1 Tbsp.
- Primo 100% Pure Olive Oil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add 1 can (28 oz / 796 mL) Primo Ground Tomatoes.
- Simmer 20 minutes or until sauce thickens.
- Cook 375 g (2/3 of 500 g pkg.)
- Primo Linguine; drain.
- Toss with sauce and 1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley.
