Bass Fillets with Spinach, Raisins and Pine Nuts

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place 1-1/2 cups spinach onto centre of each of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil.
  3. Top with fish fillets, onions, raisins and dressing.
  4. Bring up foil sides.
  5. Double fold top and ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  6. Place packets on rimmed baking sheet.
  7. Bake 15 to 20 min.
  8. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  9. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening each packet; top with pine nuts.
