Balsamic pasta salad

  1. cook noodles as directed on box, rinse in cool water and drain
  2. prepare veggies- peel, dice, etc
  3. put veggies in bowl, add dry seasonings, toss
  4. add noodles, oil, vinegar.
  5. toss.
  6. serve immediately, or let marinate in fridge for a few hours (may need to add extra olive oil to remoisten if left in fridge)
