Forum Famous Cheese Ring

• 1 liter b. shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 medium onion, grated
• 34 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup finely chopped pecans
• 1 garlic clove
• 12 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
• 1 (14 ounce) jar raspberry preserves

1. Mix all ingredients, EXCEPT Raspberry Preserves together and place in a spring form pan.
2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, no more than 10.
3. Remove from spring form pan and place on serving dish and cover with 1 jar of Raspberry preserves.
4. Surround with crackers and serve!
5. YUMMY!
