Cape Seed Loaf South Africa Recipe

  1. Put the caster sugar into the luke hot water and whisk in the yeast.
  2. Put aside for a few min.
  3. Mix all remaining ingredients in a mixer, adding the yeast water slowly.
  4. Check which the mix is thoroughly mixed before putting it into a well-greased loaf tin.
  5. Allow to prove for 10 min and then bake at 220C till ready, about 40 min.
