Donald's Spinach Salad

• fresh spinach leaves
• 1 cup mandarin orange segments
• 12 cup crushed pecans
• 14 cup natural bacon bits
• 14 cup prosciutto, chopped
• 13 cup slivered water chestnut
• raspberry vinaigrette dressing

1. Wash and trim spinach.
2. Simply mix the salad ingredients, add dressing and serve.
