Many Bean Stew
- 1 each onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 each garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup beans pinto
- 1/2 cup beans northern
- 1/2 cup beans kidney
- 1/2 cup lentils red
- 5 cups water
- 1 each bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 each vegetable stock cubes cube, vegetarian
- 2 cups potatoes cubed, carrots, sliced
- Saute onion, garlic in oil along with paprika.
- Put all ingredients in slow cooker, and simmer on high for about 4 hours.
